The last bits of Kukagami Lake froze over on the morning of December 24th. The skidoo trail was checked on December 30th, and had at least 5 inches of ice. with -23 his morning...the ice will be even better! STP will soon be marking the trail.

- Kukagami Environment Watch (KEW) is an environmental organization with a focus on the well-being of the lands and waters in the area of Kukagami Lake. KEW was established in May 2005 to facilitate open communication about the events and issues that have relevance to the residents of Kukagami Lake.
